Listening in/for Ekbatan: An Experimental Acoustemology

Openwork Journal - Columbia University

Visiting Researcher in Immersive Composition and Social Change at the Centre for Sound Image, University of Greenwich, London. My research explores relationships between sound spatiality, urban planning, sense of belonging, sociospatial boundaries, gendered spaces, distributed practice, and political agency through collaborative multisensory ethnography and collaborative composition, focusing on post-revolutionary Iran.
